Balance, Connection and Transitions Workshop

Join Ewa to explore and play with balancing postures.
Part One: Find a sense of grounding and stability in the poses and navigate movement and transitions with grace. Take time to invite a deep awareness, connection and concentration so you can start to play with the balance of the body and become present in the moment along the way.
Part Two: Become aware and settle the fluctuations occuring in the mind through a set of restorative asanas.
Part Three: Connect with the breath by spending time in meditation to bring the mind and body into a restful state. With the option of an essential oil adjustment.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
